To use the property's free shuttle, please call the property when you arrive at Echigo-Yuzawa Station. The shuttle runs between 08:00 and 20:00. Please note that transportation methods to the property will be limited after 20:00.

The Single Room and Double Room does not come with air conditioning.

The Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort offers ski and snowboard lessons, if reserved directly at the resort by 10:30.

- Please note that Japanese set meals are available at an additional charge for dinner. Meals offered include sashimi, pork cutlets, pork stroganoff, Japanese udon-noodle hotpot and deep fried shrimp, each served in Japanese-style.

- Dinner is offered between 19:30 - 20:30 in weekends and in public holidays, including the new years holiday.

- Dinner is offered between 18:00 - 19:00 on weekdays.

- Dinner reservation and payment is required upon check-in. Please inform Hotel New Fukudaya in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
