Please note that the cleaning fee excludes cleaning of the kitchen. In case the kitchen needs to be cleaned (such as washing dishes and pots, cleaning the cooker, oven and surfaces), an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be charged.

Bed linen and towels are exchanged once a week. Cleaning within the week is possible for an extra charge.

Free parking is only available in the public parking area in front of the property building.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
