Please note there is no reception at the property. Therefore payment for your stay has to be made in advance by bank transfer or credit card. Payment is possible by credit card or EC/Maestro card from Monday to Friday until 18:00, provided that you inform the hotel about your check-in time in advance.
Check-in is possible from 15:00 onwards and until any time in our key box.
You will receive a code for opening the door and code for the room before check-in.
Please note that when booking for than 10 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Guests are kindly requested to enter the address during the booking process. Please inform My Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
