Group Bookings:

Please note that for group bookings, special terms apply. For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge, unless otherwise agreed directly with the Staunton Hotel.

Please note the special requests for double/twin bed configurations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest’s rooms. If a guest is found to have smoked in a room, a fee of GBP 50 will be charged. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
